Description
The course includes theoretical and practical training with highly qualified instructors. The training covers classroom lectures and hands on training. Real fire fighting and smoke training is performed in a Cabin Fire Trainer.
The course covers the following:
- Presentation & Introduction
- Classification, European standard, A, B, C, D and E
- Fire triangle
- Fire prevention and detection
- Handling of different Fire fighting equipment
- How to act in different Fire fighting scenarios
- Practical training, different Fire fighting scenarios
- Smoke protection
- Donning of Protective Breathing Equipment (PBE) in an enclosed simulated smoke filled environment
- CRM is integrated in all sessions.

Prerequisites
Minimum Initial / Basic trained Cabin Crew Members or Flight Crew.
Conditions
The course is based on EU-OPS subpart O 1.1005. The course meets EU-OPS requirement but not the Operator's specifics.
Description
The course includes theoretical and practical training with highly qualified instructors. The training covers classroom lectures and cabin mock-up emergency scenarios with evacuations. Focus is on the crowd control technique and on guidance of passengers in emergency situations with relevant communication and orders.
Practical training scenarios will be performed in mock-ups followed by evacuation drills and checking of passenger flow.
The course covers the following:
- Introduction
- Emergency and Evacuation procedures
- Slide descending techniques/slide descends.
- Evacuation techniques
- Different mock-up cases: Planned or unplanned evacuation on land or water, decompression, in-flight fire and severe turbulence
- Management of passenger crowd control
- Communication / Orders
- Triage assessment
- CRM is integrated in all sessions

Prerquisites
Minimum is Initial / Basic trained Cabin Crew Members.
Using local third party leisure facilities we are able to offer water survival training and techniques, this includes life raft exercises, the actual donning and use of personal flotation equipment in water along with swimming and simulated rescue exercises like ditching hints.
Description
The course includes theoretical and practical training with highly qualified instructors. The training covers classroom lectures and hands on training. The Water Survival training will take place in a public bath.
The course covers the following:
- Presentation & Introduction
- Survival techniques and ditching hints
- Swimming pool training with raft, 2 hours
- Practical training in water with life vests and a 25-person life raft
- Training how to enter a raft and how to survive until the Rescue Services has arrived
- Swimming test 200 meters, if applicable, or showing the ability to swim.
- CRM is integrated in all sessions.

Prerequisites
Intended for Flight Deck Crew and Cabin Crew
Conditions
The course is based on EU-OPS subpart O 1.1005. The course meet EU-OPS requirement but not the Operator specifics
Note: Due to various availability of public bath, the training may take place during daytime or evening time.
The training will be performed by instructor lead lessons together with practical exercises. The participants will also work in small groups. Special attention to the CRM aspects at solving problems is taken into consideration.
The courses meet the necessary JAR-OPS requirements.
* Recurrent training is required within 24 months of any previous training.
Description
The course includes theoretical and practical training with highly qualified instructors. The training covers classroom lectures and hands on training using Medical and First Aid equipment and Kits.
The course covers the following:
- Introduction of First Aid
- CPR, theory and practical training. Defibrillator, if applicable, theory and practice.
- Aviation Medicine including physical aspects and hypoxia
- Emergency Medical Kits, First Aid Kits and their contents
- First Aid associated with Survival training and appropriate hygiene
- Semi prone position
- Medical Emergencies e.g. Asthma, choking, stroke etc
- Medical Triage
- CRM is integrated in all sessions.
