Initial Safety Training

CAE's Initial Cabin Crew Training course includes theoretical and practical training with highly qualified instructors, using cabin simulators, mock-ups and door trainers in an authentic environment.

The training setup is to a great extent oriented towards theory with a two way communication between instructor and students, team work, problem solving, knowledge assessment and when applicable, hands on training.

The aim of the course is to acquire the knowledge and skills to qualify as a cabin crew member.

Duration

10 days, or by special agreement.

Prerequisites

The course is intended for students with no previous flight experience.

Location

The course can be performed at CAE or at Customers' own facilities;

At CAE: Full Course, including practical hands on training, using cabin simulators, mock-ups, door trainers and water survival rafts in an authentic environment.

At Customers' facilities: Theoretical course, or full course including practical training on customer's equipment.

Conditions

CAE is an approved Initial Cabin Crew Training Organisation according to EU-OPS pt.1.1.005 and Danish Regulation BL 6-37. Click here to view the complete Authorisation Certificate.
